Sylvan United is an Affirming Congregation working for the full inclusion of people of all sexual orientations, gender identities and gender expressions in the United Church of Canada and in society.

We acknowledge, with respect, our location on the traditional lands of the Hul’qumi’num People, recognizing especially the Malahat (Malexel) and Cowichan (Quw”utsun’) First Nations.

We are a welcoming community called to embrace diversity, partner with our neighbours, serve those in need, celebrate together, and to create a just and sustainable world.
