Rentals

Welcome to a place where community, creativity, and spirit come together. Our church offers versatile rental space suited for a variety of gatherings-for intimate recitals or larger events.

Our sanctuary is a truly special setting for musical performances. Its beautiful acoustics and serene ambiance create an inspiring backdrop for concerts, recitals, and rehearsals. Other rooms and areas within the church are also available for rentals, ideal for workshops, retreats, celebrations, and more.

Rental Information:

Sylvan United Church offers rental of our Sanctuary, Narthex (foyer), and Fireside Room (hall) on a first-come, first-served basis. Renters must submit a signed Facilities Rental Agreement along with proof of $2 million liability insurance, naming Sylvan United Church as an additional insured.

We ask that anyone renting our space please respect the sanctity of our space and treat all areas with respect. When renting the sanctuary do not place items on the communion table, triangular baptismal font, piano or lectern. There is also no food or drink in the sanctuary and absolutely no candles.  Thank you in advance.

Pricing:

Sanctuary:
         $200 – for the first 4 hours 
         $30 – for each additional hour
         $50 if including the piano in the rental

Fireside Room:
         $50 – for the first 2 hours
         $25 – for each additional hour

Refundable Damage Deposit:
         $100
